Jasmine Tea with Roasted Rice Clusters
In collaboration with WOC-owned small business, Us Two Tea, we've created a Jasmine Tea ice cream to remind you of Lunar New Year dinners sipping on tea over rowdy family reunions. Our Roasted Rice Clusters made of puffed rice, caramel and Khao Khua toasted sticky rice powder add a nice texture and nuttiness to the ice cream, inspired by LNY favorites such as sticky rice and Chinese sweet rice cakes (niangao).
